Join us in sacred circle as we gather to honour Lughnasadh, the first harvest — a time of abundance, grounding, and deep connection to the Earth.

Together, we will:

Share ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts to gratitude and presence
Drop into guided meditation, aligning with the rhythms of the season
Break home-baked bread, honoring the sacred act of nourishment and offering
Explore trance drumming, learning how rhythm can carry us into meditative states and ancient memory

This evening is a chance to reconnect with the land, with each other, and with the ancestral wisdom that still stirs in the soil beneath our feet.
